How do I become a Smile Concept Store user?

Simple and safe! You can use Smile Concept Store webshop without registration although registered users have some benefits like faster selection and faster purchase, you can check the status of orders and you can always check your previous purchases.

Do not worry – registration is very simple, fast, and free! When you register on our online store, you will get a username and password. Your email will become your username and you will choose your password. Please remember your username and password for future purchases. We guarantee, your information will be safe with us. For further information, you can read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. You can find the registration form on the right top corner of our website.

What payment possibilities do you have?

We offer you different options, depends where you come from. 

SLOVENIA

  • with cash upon receipt via GLS delivery service,
  • with UPN deposit to the company account,
  • with credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro),
  • with cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro) in our physical store in Ljubljana (Mestni trg 6).

CROATIA:

  • with UPN deposit to the company account,
  • with credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro).

REST OF THE EUROPE:

  • with UPN deposit to the company account,
  • with credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, BA Maestro).

When will I receive the receipt?

You will recieve the receipt with your package.

Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?

Sure! We will be more than happy if you visit us in the old center of beautiful Ljubljana. You will find Smile Concept Store at Mestni trg 6. It is a convenient alternative to shipping if you are a local customer.

Oops! I forgot my password.

Do not worry! Go to the registration form, write your e-mail address and click ‘send me password’. You will receive a new password to your e-mail address.

Is your website secure?

Yep! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication. We own a certificate that the business entity fulfills the international standard of excellence in creditworthiness.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Please write to info@smileconceptstore.si or call our retail store on+386 40 511 451 during working hours. We will be happy to assist you.

I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?

We hope that you love every single item that you purchase from us. However, if you do need to return an item for whatever reason please check Returns and Exchanges and follow the instructions.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Follow this procedure:

  • Please email info@smileconceptstore.si. All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • If we do not give you other directions within 14 days of the return notification you are required to return goods to following address: Hiša vizij d.o.o., PE Smile trgovina s konceptom, Mestni trg 6, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Notice that we don’t cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Goods has to be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the item is destroyed, defective, lost or reduced without your fault.
  • When returning the goods, please send also invoice for the goods, personal data and the transaction account to which you wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • If there where a promotional code or a discount code used, these funds are considered as a discount and will not be returned to you. Only the amount paid is returned to your transaction account. But you will recieve new promotional code. If goods were payed with gift voucher you will recive gift voucher.

Damaged item? 

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, write to info@smileconceptstore.si or call our retail store on +386 40 511 451 during working hours. State your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.  We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).

Smile Concept Store is responsible for the goods defects that happened before you received the product, whether or not they knew it. We are also responsible for those material errors that occur after you received the product, if they are due to a cause that existed before. A slight factual error are not taken into account.

Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility.
